Terms of Sale – Caterside Eyewear

These Terms of Sale govern all sales made on the Caterside Eyewear website.

1. Products

Caterside Eyewear sells sunglasses and accessories. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur depending on your screen.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout depending on the destination.

Caterside Eyewear reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed when the order is placed.

3. Orders

Placing an order on the website implies full acceptance of these terms. An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been validated.

Caterside Eyewear reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, suspected fraud or an obvious error regarding the product.

4. Payment

Payments are secure and can be made by credit/debit card or any other method offered at checkout. Payment details are never stored by Caterside Eyewear.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and postal services.

Caterside Eyewear cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be charged when the parcel is delivered. These costs are paid by the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers have 14 days after receipt to request a return. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective products or an error on our part.

8. Defective products

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours, with photos. A solution (replacement or refund) will be offered.

9. Liability

Caterside Eyewear cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products purchased.
