Each pair is carefully prepared and shipped from our partner warehouse.
Processing time:
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours after payment validation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 7 to 12 business days
- North America: 10 to 15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 18 business days
Shipping costs:
- Europe: €4.90

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow the delivery of your package.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Caterside eyewear.
If not, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Return conditions:
- The product must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- You must first contact us at catersidebrand@gmail.com to obtain return instructions
Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Once the product is returned and checked, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
